Is it possible to follow a member in Answers (or Discussions?)

All,

Is it possible to follow a member in Answers (or Discussion)? That is, when they post a message (or reply to one), is it possible to get an alert?

Hit the Subscribe button and you will get notifications whenever something is posted to that discussion.  The alert will show up in the top right hand corner where the little bell is showing beside your Profile icon.

It is not. You can only follow individual threads or topics.
