I am trying to create a bar graph or pie chart report grouping our Building Maintenance Requests by locations. However, it seems that because the variables that are part of a Collection, they do not show up as options to select in any of the report except a Table report. And even when I create a Table report, it does not allow me to sort by any of the variable fields that are part of the Collection. Is my only option to go back to my form and separate out each of the variable fields from the Collection or am I missing something else?! I attached screenshots for reference. I have watched SEVERAL tutorial videos about reports and read through the Laserfiche Administration Guide but nothing I find covers this specifically. Any advice would be appreciated!

I have had this very same problem and am very interested in any comments on this topic. My research indicated that I would have to build a custom SQL database to send all the information to and then work with an Excel spreadsheet to get what I want. I don't have IT support here (contracted out from 2 hrs away) and I have very limited experience with SQL so I have my project on hold.
