workflow connection profile doesn't save

I have a new installation of Workflow version 10.4.0.131 - I go to Manage workflow connection profiles and create a new common profile.  I click OK but when I go back it's gone.  After further testing it does let me create a user profile but not common - why would that be?

 

  

What am I missing?

C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\WF\Profiles\ConnectionProfiles.xml

Is that file read only?  Or protected from editing somehow?  Try running the workflow designer as admin and see if you can save your connection info then.  You can't edit the xml directly because it encrypts the connection info.
