FormHostEmailOverride option doesn't seem to work for task links in aggregate notifications

We have the FormHostEmailOverride property in cf_options table set to a different URL, but the task links we get in aggregate email notifications still use the FormHost value.

We are on Forms 10.2.1.246

This appears to be bug 161801 which was fixed and will be released in 10.4.1.
