How do I access the Web Client?

Sorry if this is a silly question but how do I get access to the Web Client?

 

Our only employee who knew laserfiche has left the company and I am taking over and in the process of learning how to do any and all of this but a lot of the trainings keep using the Web Client and I am unsure of how to access it.

 

Any and all help would be great!

The default URL for the Web Client is http://{servername}/Laserfiche

The server name is going to depend on what server it was installed on in your environment.

Hmm, I wonder if I am trying the wrong server or if it just wasn't installed. Chrome tells me that no webpage can be found.

Hard to say without knowing your environment. We installed the web client on a separate server apart from the main app server, and that is pretty common.

Potentially stupid question, is the Web Client a separate product that my company may not have access too? We use Avante - Basic is that matters.

As far as I know the Web Client is included in all packages. They're pushing it is a replacement for the desktop client, so I can't imagine it being limited to RIO.
