pagination not working!

I have read two different stories one says to use sections the other said to use collections and or collection inside of a section. I am confused and can get proper documentation. What is the correct way to make one a multiple form with in one form. I am able to use user task! but I do not to have to approve anything!

There's a specific form element called "Page Break"

Adding this to the canvas enables pagination.

okay so I use sections with page break(s)???

Page Breaks alone are enough. You can put sections into the page breaks for organizing content or hiding/showing specific things within each page, but the only things directly related to pagination are the page break elements.

Note, it also depends which version of Forms you're using. Pagination wasn't added as a built-in feature until the 10.2 update.
