Hello- we have a client who is looking for a pretty specific function for a template field. As a police department, they often have to send incident reports to multiple other agencies. Currently, they have a list where they can select multiple values indicating who has been sent the report. They would like to have a date and time associated with each check box, so they can reference WHEN the report was sent to each different entity. One day they may send it to another sheriff's office, and the next day they may send it to the city attorney so one field with the date and time sent won't do. Any thoughts?
