Recently upgraded LFDS to 10.4 for install the participant user licenses. I was able to setup a new user with this license fine and they are able to sign into the client as a read only user. However, I am unable to add the user in a team in forms for the new participant user licenses. Does Forms auth have to be switched to LFDS SSO for this to work? Currently we are using repository auth.

If the license is assigned via LFDS, then it will not be applied in Forms unless Forms is using LFDS Authentication.

Is there anywhere that this is actually documented at? Only pre req I saw was LFDS has to be on 10.4. Any white paper on this? I received confirmation from LF, but was just unsure of where this was listed at.

Where did you see the pre req? 10.4 isn't needed for LFDS authentication unless you're using Avante, we've had it configured since 10.2

Ah yes you're right.10.2 is correct. I opened a case back a little while ago for this and it has to at least be on 10.2 to get them installed. Do you have any white paper's on this?

I don't think I do. We did this quite awhile ago and just went based on the following KB article.
