Question

quick fields agent validation

asked on May 16, 2019 Show version history

I have a QF session that I am trying to schedule through the agent. The session will not validate, but I believe the settings are correct.

It says session requires windows auth, but I believe it is set to Laserfiche Auth

And it says unidentified docs do not have storage information, but that has been configure also.

Help, please

Solved. Case of saving in one spot and opening in another. My apologies!

Thanks for responding

Hi Chris,

That's certainly puzzling. Can you double check that the session Quick Fields Agent is referencing is the exact same session you're looking at when you open it up in Quick Fields?

If you ignore the validation warnings and run the session via Quick Fields Agent with some documents that will be unidentified, do the documents get stored in the unidentified storage folder you configured?

The session is stored, and referenced from the same spot as my other agent sessions. Will see if I can run anyway.

Any way to verify, for sure, I have same session. Other than the path to the file itself?

Will see if I can run session without validation

I ran it with a doc that should have failed. "Cannot store invalid document"

I even tried with a different session, same error
