Can import Agent import XML files as XML Files?

Client is wanting to import XML files just like tiffs into Laserfiche. But they are currently encountering error messages as Import Agent is attempting to read the contents of the XML file.

What changes need to made to make import agent import XML files rather than attempt to read the content?

Maybe they configured their IA wrong.

I just replicated your situation and it worked fine for me.

I logged in:

Profile looks like this:

Maybe provide some samples of your config?

You should be able to, you need to uncheck the option to use them as list files.
