We are working with a user that has been noticing that Laserfiche Connector doesn't always auto-start when the computer restarts, even though they have "Launch on Startup" selected. 

They are curious if they need to put this process in the Windows start-up tasks for each user?

I have been searching Answers here and found this article, but this is a few years old now.

The version of Connector they are using is 10.3.
