Hello,

I am running into an issue where in Google Chrome the Location field in a Forms Process Store task is auto-filled with my name. 

This is giant pain because when you are troubleshooting a form you might open and close this item a few times and you have to go down and remove it. 

I've tried removing all LaserFiche password managers saves, but that's not working.  That did work for a coworker. 

Has anyone else found a solution to this?
