Is it Possible to Schedule the deletion of form instances and attachments for a specific process in new form 10.4 version.

Yes, check out the data maintenance feature released in Forms 10.4. You can set a global policy for how long to retain file attachments and/or instances, or set it at the process level.

You can also set this on a per form basis to overwrite the global setting if it is sensitive data or required for longer retention.

You can also delete the data and keep the Forms Processing data for reporting purposes.
