Is there a way to generate a comprehensive list of all accounts across all repositories regardless of account type.  We're a RIO 10.2 site currently using 11 repositories. We have WebLink, WebAccess, and Client users. Is there a way to pull a list of all via the SDK, or perhaps another route?

I'm an experienced SDK programmer if that helps.

(We will upgrade to 10.4 before the end of May 2019)
