Loosing data in Forms

Hi everyone,

I have a customer using Laserfiche Forms. they are loosing data when passing from a form to another.

In this case the Fields loosing data are radio buttonn si t thought it can have something to do with the values of the choices that can be different. but no the values and the choices are the same for the two forms.

they also say that this happens with checkboxes two but actually don't have this case because it happens randomly.

Any ideas?

Is it the same variable as well as the same choice + value? Why is the field optional initially, and then it's required and read-only in the later form? That looks like someone could choose not to fill it out and then the next person would be stuck.

thank you for your answer,

Yes same variables and same values.

for the required option, when it happens to debug this we make the field not required that we can continue the process, i think the print screen was taken while debug. I will double check and keep you updated.

do you think this has something to do with the resource problem (if there is one)?
