Hello!

We have a customer who is looking to have their records managers do their thing on Human Resources documents, which they don't have permission to see. In theory, this looks like it should be possible. Select all of the Records Management Access Rights, but only give Browse (not Read), and it's fine. Unfortunately, to set cutoff schedules (or any other RM task) it requires the Modify Contents right, which in turn gives the Read right.

Is there any way around this, by chance?
