Users access inconsistent and sometimes gets LFF10-NoAuthorityContactAdmin

I have end users that log into forms and can see, start, and submit a process and then go back to start process and not see any processes.  IF they go to the website get this:

Can you provide a screen print showing the forms task available for the user?

They are hitting it from sharepoint intranet webpage:

In LFDS we have 2 AD groups that have users and have assigned them to a Forms User group to make sure we get everyone.  Then we have assigned the Forms User group to the Form through the form --> Access Rights

When you check the particular Business process, in this case the LeaveRequest, at the design level, are the users given submitter role in the Access Options?

Yes Karim...

 

 

Our support vendor submitted a ticket with Laserfiche last week and still no word yet.
