Hello,

 

We have a customer who experienced an issue where Forms Routing service was not running and then ended up rebooting the Forms Server and got the Forms Routing service up and running again.

 

Compounded Issue- There was a period time where Forms were submitted and they ended up in a state of Limbo. 

 

They may show in Monitor as being in someone’s Inbox, but that person may not see them.  Customer  had to reassign one form to themselves and back to the person who should  have had it in their Inbox to correct this issue.

 

I know this is not a common state, but is there another process that a Forms Admin can take, when a situation like this occurs?

 

I believe this is different than suspended task, that they can just retry.
