Hallo Nerds..

I have been thinking about the best way to sign Documents which passes through several approval processes before being dispatched to the recipient of that particular Document, Mind that the particular document is generated by other system (ERPS). 

Using form business processes I would like to capture that document either by attachment of by printing straight to the repository so as it can pass through approval processes.

I thought of attaching the signatures from forms to the particular document. or either by creating the documents in forms and pass though approval process the feed data to the ERP thus remain with the signed document though "Update word Document" task in workflow. But the problem comes that the structure of the ERP's Database is very complex.

So any idea as well as advise for making this as good as possible
