Today, May 1st 2019, Laserfiche announces the End-of-Life for the Laserfiche Integration with Junxure. The last day to order the Laserfiche Integration with Junxure is November 1st, 2019. Customers with active LSAP will continue to receive support as outlined in the table below.

In one year, on May 1st 2020, Laserfiche will end software maintenance of the Laserfiche Integration with Junxure and Limited Technical Support will begin. If you choose to remain on LSAP, we will continue to support the integration to the best of our abilities, but no new hotfixes or updates will be developed. In two years, on May 1st, 2021, Laserfiche will end the Limited Technical Support. No support services will be offered for The Laserfiche Integration with Junxure after this date, marking the End-of-life.

Product Migration Options

Junxure is a CRM offering found primarily in the wealth management space. The Laserfiche Integration with Junxure allowed for synchronize documents and metadata between Laserfiche and Junxure CRM.

Migration Details

We encourage you to work with your Laserfiche Solution Provider to map out a smooth transition plan. One migration option is to use Laserfiche Connector. While Laserfiche Connector is confirmed to work with Junxure version 9.2 or later, we recommend testing the accuracy before deployment.

You may want to consider transitioning to the integration built by Laserfiche PDP partner CDI.

The latest edition of the Junxure Integration by Cities Digital helps users image enable and scan into Laserfiche. With a click of a mouse users can link customer records to folders within Laserfiche. All documents that are stored in Laserfiche will appear in the documents tab within Junxure per client. Using this integration, organizing documents in Laserfiche is simplified by using the auto-filing feature. The auto-filing feature allows for easy synchronization between Junxure and Laserfiche when adding new documents within a given folder. All features provided by Laserfiche are seamlessly integrated into Junxure, and documents are accessed in Laserfiche through the documents tab, providing access to documents without needing to train users on a new system. The Junxure Integration supports barcode creation via Dymo label printers. It also supports the automatic creation of subfolder sets. The Junxure Integration automatically imports all documents stored on the “P:\” drive into Laserfiche.

 

Customers with current LSAP will be given credit towards a purchase of additional Laserfiche product, such as Laserfiche Full Named Users. Credit will not apply to non-Laserfiche products, such as CDi’s Junxure Integration. An exception will allow for downgrades in total LSAP, in the case that a you want to drop LSAP of the integration without purchasing additional product.
