Form 10.4 upload file problem

We are facing a problem of upload files to the form. This happens after we have installed the new version 10.4.

Hi Adnan,

There might be more details in the corresponding entry in the event log. Find the LFForms event log under "Applications and Services" in Windows Event Viewer on the Forms server machine.
