Failed to Load Image ScanConnect Only

Hello, 

I seeing the follow error when using Laserfiche Scan with ScanConnect.

Rotate: Document Untitled, Page 1: Failed to load image. 
 

This only happens when I use ScanConnect. If I remove the Image Processing options I simply get nothing. Thoughts? 

 

Running 10.3.1 with all HotFixes and newest Canon DRX10C drivers. We turned off all protections (Carbon Black and Windows Defender) and issue still persists.

Is there a particular reason why you're using Scan Connect? Typically, if the scanner only has an ISIS driver, then that is why Scan Connect is utilized. I see that this scanner actually has a TWAIN driver. Found here: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/document-scanner/imageformula-dr-x10c?tab=drivers_downloads Try configuring the scanner directly with LF Scanning under the Twain driver(if not already installed) and then try configuring it.

I thought Scan Connect gave us more processing options than Twain. I am having the same issue. I had previously used scan connect and it works better than twain, but for some reason its not loading images with my new scanner.
