I currently have a radio button field in my forms that I would like to be able to sort on. 

I would like to create a workflow that renames by document and a condition in routing the document once renamed, to a folder depending on if new hire, add, delete or termination is selected. Is there a way I can make this work? Can radio button values be metadata? If so, please tell me how I can modify by form.
