When I send a document to the printer it prints twice, but I only requested one copy. I've gone through all the settings and can't find anywhere that it is set to print 2 copies. This only happens when I print from Laserfiche.

What version of the client are you running? You can have try removing all of your attributes under your account in the admin console. Once removed, reaccess the client and try printing out. If it continues to occur, it may be a be a sw defect. Try running a repair on your installation of LF on your machine. If the repair does not work, then do a full blow uninstall, deleting all reg keys before uninstallation and then reinstall. Hope this information helps.

Thanks! I had already tried blowing out the attributes, and doing a repair, then an uninstall and reinstall. The only thing I haven't tried is deleting the reg keys. I was hoping to avoid that piece, but I will give it a shot.
