I have an issue with one of our customers where the action history and copy of the form submitted, does not always save to the repository. It appears that after running a repair on the forms instance and then submitting, the action history and the form submits. This issue appears to reoccur every couple of days after running the repair. No errors in the event log or on the server. There is a email task that emails a copy of the submission and the action history to the submitter and both are being sent to the submitter fine. It appears the save to repository task is what is breaking. The repository task does not have anything set to break the pages up either. They are running forms 10.2.1. Has anyone run into this bug in Forms 10.2.1? This issue was not occurring before they were upgraded from version 9. Thoughts?
