SAML user and Forms Access

We have added a SAML identity provider to LFDS then created a few test SAML user accounts.

We then went to Forms and clicked on Synchronize users under Administration> System Security and these users were successfully added to the list.

However, when I went to a specific process to add these users to Access Rights, they do not come up as selectable option when I click the Add button. 

Is there something missing?

What version of Forms are you on? This sounds like a few issues we fixed in Forms 10.4.

We are on 10.3.1.635 .

Please open a support case through your VAR so we can investigate the issue. It sounds like a bug we fixed in 10.4, but the support team can confirm that.
