The majority of our documents are added to Laserfiche through dragging and dropping. When you do this Laserfiche takes the name of the document you are adding and copies it into the "Name" field under the general tab. Is there a way for Laserfiche to leave this blank so it forces the operator in add the name manually before importing. As this is a required field the document cannot be imported until the "Name" field is completed.

Under my impression, you can update this setting to be blank in snapshot and for scanning into LF, but not on the import profile when bringing in new documents into the repository via drag and drop. LF would most likely confirm that I believe. Hope this information helps.
