We are currently using an older version of Laserfiche (version 7.2.1) and are experiencing some delayed search results when we do a search. We have tried to modify the search columns, but that seems to get reset every time we exit Laserfiche and reload it. I believe it is pulling the search columns from the templates. Also, the results take a while to display on the left column after the search completes as well. We were hoping someone would give us some insight on how to modify the columns.
We plan on upgrading in the near future, but we would like to get this issue resolved.
