We are running weblink 10.1.xx and getting ready to roll out out weblink for internal users, and then after a test period roll out to our public as well, and I would like customize the welcome page a bit more than what I perceive as standard.

My biggest gripe is the "Bookmarks" list of the customized searches and external URLs. I would really like to have those broken apart into two columns; one for custom searches and the second for the external URL links.

I feel that breaking those into two sections would make sense as they are two different actions as one set goes internal and the other set goes external. Currently, stacked at this time they also take up a good amount of vertical real estate on the screen.

(second thought) I guess I could create another division on the page that is static external URLs and then leave the Bookmarks to be custom searches?

I plan to also add some help text to the page, but that should be easy to add as it will be static text in the welcome.aspx file itself and not pulling in data from another file like the bookmark section is.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts
