OmniPage Zone OCR is not licensed for use. [0224-BP1]

After an upgrade to RIO 10.4, when launching Quick Fields 10.3 I get this error relating to the existing sessions. We have already installed OCR with OmniPage 19.2. Any help appreciated.

 

"OmniPage Zone OCR is not licensed for use. [0224-BP1]"

If you look in the About dialog (from the Help menu), do you see OmniPage Zone OCR listed in the middle section under "Features"? If not, then this machine is not licensed for Zone OCR.
