I am using the Encode URI method in workflow for generating URLs and it does not include encoding for the & character. Which characters besides [space] does it encode, & is a critical character to encode for the chrome browser. It displays a white page if you throw this character randomly into the URL.

Testing on W3 schools with Brick & Morter URI Encode method it does include this character.

In workflow it does not
