The Laserfiche Cloud 2019.2 release is now available! This release includes new enhancements to existing functionalities in the process automation and content services feature sets.

Feature highlights include:

• Capture profiles: Use a new pattern matching feature to significantly reduce time-consuming metadata capture and content sorting when processing documents with inconsistent formats, such as invoices.
• Records management: Modify certain non-content properties to records under retention including document annotations and metadata fields, for enhanced flexibility with managing legal holds and records-related processes.
• Integration: Expanded no-code integration capabilities with Salesforce allow you to automatically create, update, retrieve and delete custom Salesforce fields from Laserfiche, in addition to standard out-of-the-box Salesforce fields.
• Data source queries: New external data source options to query as part of automated processes, including Oracle, MySQL and CSV sources.
