why can't I open an attachment from a form?

I created a form that has an upload feature.  I can attach a document to the form before submitting the form but when I receive the form (after submission) I'm not able to open the attachment.  What am I missing????  We are using 10.3 vs.

Where exactly are you trying to access the attachment? In the form history, in a repository, etc.

Hi Jason!!

Thanks for responding.  The form is emailed to me.  I'm trying to open it from the email.  I also have it saving to the repository and I'm not able to open the attachment from their either.

When you view the document as a PDF (or TIFF) through your email or in the repository, there is no way for it to contain "attachments"

To view the attachments, you would need to select the option to include those when emailing the form or saving it to the repository.

Thank you Jason!  Your suggestion helped a lot.  This was my very first form.  It works great now!!
