I'm having an issue where I'm unable to open up any starred folders when saving a document from Microsoft Office or another office product to Laserfiche using the Laserfiche Add-In. I can double click the folders listed under starred as many times as I want, but they will not open. I have tried reinstalling the add-in but this has not fixed the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated!
