Display cutoff.

I have an employee reporting they cannot see all of the metadata window in scanning . I have tried to reset the view and it is still cut off as shown in the picture. Any Ideas?

Usually when we run into issues that can't be fixed by resetting views to default, we clear their attributes from the Admin console:

  1. Have the user sign out of the repository (not just X out, actually go file > sign out)
  2. Go into the admin console and open the user's properties
  3. Open the Attributes tab and check the box at the bottom that says "Show system attributes"
  4. For "View Subset" you can leave it as all items, or change it to "Scanning-USERNAME" (all items will remove column selections and everything, but sometimes a clean slate is the only way to fix everything).
  5. Highlight everything shown in the display and click "Remove"
  6. Apply the changes, and give it some time to propagate (I've found that if the user logs in too soon, sometimes their local settings will get pushed back up to the server instead of pulling down the changes you made).
