Email Reminder if form is not assigned.

Hi All,

I am hoping there is a simple solution to this.

I am trying to set up a timer event to notify the Team Manager if the form hasn't been picked up by a user within 2 hours of being assigned to the team.

I was hoping to do this using a gateway below using the logic that if the form is unassigned email the manager. But haven't worked out of found a way to manage this.

Any assistance would be appreciated

What I usually do when setting up reminders is loop the task back to itself (make sure to interrupt the activity) and send an email to a team or individual.

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply. I have the email look working and this will email after 2 hours.

What I am trying to achieve with the gateway is that this only happens when the form hasn't been assigned to a specific team member.

I gotcha now. I'm curious if you get it to work - I could use it too.
