Can you hide 'Completed Tasks'

Hi all,

We have a security requirement within Laserfiche forms where the users are sharing an authenticated forms license.

Within forms, you have the ability to view 'completed tasks'. Is it possible to disable this feature as users that share this authenticated account will be able to view prior submissions containing sensitive data?

Hi Aaron,

It would be interesting to learn more about how you are using Laserfiche Forms. The Forms Authenticated Participant license is not intended to be shared across multiple individuals. I'll reach out to your Business Development Manager at LFI to see if we can find a good time to talk about it in more detail.
