Create Document Not Being Recorded in Audit Trail Advanced

Using Advanced Audit Trail 10.3.1.90 we have noticed that no create document event types are being logged. We have tried creating documents using Import Agent and through the Windows client with the same result. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

What events are you auditing for the user in question? (LF Admin Console should show you their configuration)

Also you can find the listing of Event Descriptions . The document creation should be in the Entry class.
