Hi Peter,

What browser is she using? If it's Chrome or Firefox, has she installed the corresponding browser extension?

For Chrome and Firefox

Chrome: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013534/using-office-integration-and-web-scanning-in-web-access-9-2-with-google-chrome
Firefox: click the 'install firefox extension' in the same dialog for installing the integration. Look for a popup in Firefox to confirm that you want the extension installed.

Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the reply. She's using Microsoft Edge currently. I'm having her uninstall the current integration and install the new one from scratch, so hopefully that will help. I'll post back here with the results.

Chris, it's probably best you open a support case. This thread is outdated. The extension is not needed as of 10.4.2. WebTools Agent is used to detect whether the latest version of Office or Scanning are installed.
