I've had an issue for several days now where I've been unable to submit any Laserfiche Forms.  I was receiving a LFF502-UnexpectedError on every form that was submitted.  I was using Chrome and have traced it back to the Microsoft MyApps Extension.  The forms error whenever this extension is installed/enabled but also signed into Microsoft.  If the extension isn't signed in the forms continue to work.

I'm glad that I've pinpointed the source of the issue but thought I'd post it here in case anyone else runs into this problem.  Is it unique to our environment or can someone replicate the issue.  If possible can Laserfiche investigate so that we can use this extension within our organization?
