Forms Displays Monitored Instances as UTC time

Good Morning All,

I have a client who has a LF 10.3.1 server with Server, Forms and Workflow on a single box.  The server's time zone is set to Eastern Standard Time and displays the time correctly.  When a form is submitted, the monitor tab shows the process as 4 hours in the future for its start time (and all other steps).  This morning I started a process at 10:30 AM.  In forms monitoring, it shows as 2:30 PM.

Note, Forms Configuration and Forms process options are both set to Eastern Standard Time as well.  Has anyone else seen this behavior before?

Does it appear as UTC time for all users? Or just your user? 

If you go to your username in the top right corner and go to Account, there is a time zone for the user that will show all times based on where that user is located. Your user might be set to something different. 

If not, might be worth opening a support case so we can investigate your specific configuration.

Many thanks Jared.  That was the one spot I was missing.  It was indeed set to UTC there.

I will make notes in the future to ensure all 3 places in Forms (Forms Configuration, Forms process options, User account settings).
