Forms task grayed out in mobile

Hello,

We have a Customer, who has Full Named users, that have Forms Tasks assigned to them.

When they launch the Mobile App, the Task button is grayed out.

If they launch the Forms URL on their iPhone, they are able to get to their Tasks.

I have checked the Mobile Configuration and nothing seems strange.

They can access their Repository, from Mobile as well.

Hi Jeff,

Could you provide a screenshot of this? I'm not quite sure what you mean by tasks button.

The only time the "My Tasks" option under the hamburger menu should be gray is when the user is in offline mode.

Without knowing exactly what the user is talking about it is a bit challenging to diagnose.

Attached is a screenshot from customer phone, after they signed into LF Mobile and Showing Forms Tasks Grayed out.

Other info:

Application Version-10.4.3.84375

LF Mobile Server-10.3.1.14123

LF Server-10.3.1.218

Hi Jeff,

We believe this is caused by an incorrectly configured LFDS. Could you please open a support case with more details.

What seems to be happening is that your repository is authenticating correctly. Your forms server isn't. If you set repository to none and try then to sign into forms server only you will see an error.

There may also be an error on the mobile server configuration page that could help you resolve this issue.
