desktop scanning only showing first 2 pages

The scan thumbnails show 2 pages, the side Revision is showing 3 and will display all three, the Count is 4 and the documents process is 5. Oh my!!

It will only store the 2 thumbnails...

Have tried both scanners... should I delete 1?

The left pane is showing 3 documents, not pages. You're looking at the first of them (the one highlighted in blue) and it has 2 pages.

Depending on where you clicked "Store", storing just the current document and its 2 pages is the right behavior.

The count is per user counter and it gets increased every time it's used. It does not reset to 1 when you open scanning or when you start scanning. So, if you scanned another document before these 3, the count is correct.

This is not related to scanning, but I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to VBCPS!
I was in VBCPS schools k-12 and had a wonderful experience. Thanks for the work you do to support such a great school system!
