Historically, Laserfiche has focused on MSG files for storing emails.  Why has Laserfiche decided to abandon MSG files for the EML format with the new Import Agent?  What is it about the EML format that has caused this change?   Everything I have read tells me that EML is an inferior file type to MSG.
