We're having a sporadic issue where our scanning station will stop saving documents to the server and pop up the message: No response received from the server.
Logging off and onto the computer doesn't seem to make a difference.
We recently migrated our office from a routed network to a VPN over public internet connection. That's the only change that we think may have had an impact.
The scanning client can still browse folders on the server,but when we go to store the documents, the process fails.
Are there any specific firewall rules that need to be in place for VPN based scanning?
