weblink 10.1 no records found

I am having issues for past couple of months using Weblink 10.1. when we connect to http://records.cupertino.org/weblink/Browse.aspx?startid=676&dbid=0  it automatically adds &cr=1 at the end of it and the message says 'No records found' in Chrome and IE but when you refresh it, it starts displaying the records. Any help is appreciated.

I visited your weblink using chrome and it displayed without error.

I can't see what version of weblink you're using but this sounds like the issue resolved by weblink 10.1 update 1.  https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1013994/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-weblink-10-1-update-1

we are using 10.1.0.151 . the patch was applied recently by our VAR. this issue is happening a lot these days. we thought its happening to the internal users but I tried from home and I faced it too.

I've tried a few times and it has consistently worked for me.  Are there any errors reported in the browser console (F12)?  Can you identify anything different about the users that this occurs for?
