Imagea in Laserfiche mobile

Hi Everyone

When I try to open any image (Image size 20KB - 50KB) in IOS Laserfiche App. When I will click on an image it will load in 2-3 seconds but image will be distorted for like 30 seconds before showing a clear image but if we zoom in and zoom out the image quality will improve and will show a clear image. But when I open the same image in Andriod Laserfiche app then we don't have this issue. 

Please advise what should I do to solve this issue. I am using lastest version of IOS laserfiche app 10.4.3.84375.

That is by design, that a thumbnail is shown first and if it's not just a quick paging thru the document a higher resolution (clearer) tiled image is loaded later. Having that said we fixed a problem with images being blurry on iOS and that is going to be in the next app update available in a few weeks.
