Unable to Store Page: Have to Delete or Rescan Pages

On occasion when I try to store my document to the Laserfiche repository the program won't actually store the pages. When I go back in to the document some of the pages will have the following thumbnail instead of the image of the scan.

 

If I delete or rescan the page then I can store the document with no problem. The pages don't appear this way during scanning just after I try to store. I scan documents of up to 90 pages at a time and it's a hassle to go back through and fix the bad pages.

Is this an issue with my scanner? Or the Laserfiche program?

Same issue here with Ver 10.4

Hi, 

We're unable to reproduce this on our end. Please open a support case so that we can investigate this issue further.

I am having the same issue. Was this issue ever resolved by the Tech team? It's almost as if the program goes into sleep mode in the middle of a "store document". It will hang on one page and then suddenly I will get the message that the program is no responding.
