Intermittent - Unknown internal error. [9036] on laserfiche web client

Hi 

We are getting following error details from event log on web server

Unknown internal error. [9036] Operation: /laserfiche/BusinessProcessService.ashx/GetBpeHistory Message: Exception encountered, stack trace: Laserfiche.WebAccess.Common.Util.ErrorHandler.LogException Laserfiche.WebAccess.Common.Util.ErrorHandler.MakeWebServiceReturn WebAccessServices.HttpHandlers.BaseWAIHttpHandler.ProcessRequestInternal WebAccessServices.HttpHandlers.BaseWAIHttpHandler.ProcessRequest Exception details: Message: Unknown internal error. [9036] Stack trace: at Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.Trustee.EnumInheritedGroups(IdentityReference ident, Session session) at WebAccessServices.HttpHandlers.BusinessProcessService.GetBpeHistory(String repoName, Int64 bpeid) Session: 0tqlpl3q

 

 

Please let me know if anyone faced anything like this or any pointers will be helpful

Error codes like that - in the 9000 range - come from the Laserfiche server, and the web client is just reporting it.  There should be more information in the event viewer on the LFS machine.

LFS machine gets logged with below -

"Laserfiche Admin Console: Error number 6000 - Error not logged into a repository. in function CAdministratorItem::Initialize"

That looks like another client-side error reported by the admin console.  If you don't see any server errors logged, you should work with your reseller to open a support case.
