Workflow Report to find WF's that have not run for a period of time

Hello,

We have a customer request, to see if there is a way to run a report to find WF's that have not been run for a period of time (Example- in more than 90 days.)

I know in WF Designer and WF Web you can run reports for Active/Completed/Terminated WF's for a time range, but I do see the option to look for WF's that have not been run.

Customer has hundreds of WF's and are looking for an option to clean up their WF listing.

I think the fastest method is to use Excel to compare. Create a workflow statistics report from the menu under Workflow.

Create a report by start time after to get a list of every workflow that has ran in the time period. You can copy paste the data into excel and it will format into rows, where column A is your unique workflow names.

Now run a a stat report on workflow version, which will just list all your workflows. Copy paste into excel and you have 2 columns/spreadsheets that you can run a compare on.
